Exchange/Refund Policy
Festive Fox understand sometimes you purchase clothing online and when the item(s) arrive and you try them on you don’t feel like your most festive self and we can't have that. We have got your back!
We are more than happy to offer you a size exchange or store credit but we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must meet the following return requirements:
- All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on our earrings.
- All sale items are final and no refund, exchange or shop credit can be offered.
- Postage is not refundable and customer is responsible for any postage cost for returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable post method as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.
Please send the item(s) you would like to return to the below address within 14 days of receiving your package.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at info@festivefox.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 14, Smithfield QLD 4878.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
