AUSTRALIAN ORDERS (typically processed the next business day)

We charge a flat rate of $10.50 for all parcels and send via Australia Post network. 

Free express shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150.

Returns/Exchanges - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at info@festivefox.com.au.
